Davenport Florida Vacation Villa with Pool to rent by owner

We had a fantastic time.  Our expectations were completely exceeded.  We loved the location, the pool, everything was first class.  My wife really liked how you decorated the Villa.  If we return, we would love to rent from you.  We have already sent referrals to you from our friends.

I've been very busy with work since I got back. We really had a good time staying at your home. It was very comfortable.  Plenty of room for everyone. The 2 master suites worked out nicely for our family too.  We have always enjoyed staying in homes in Florida. It is very relaxing and allows the freedom to take things at a slower pace.   We liked the option of being able to cook breakfast in the morning.  There were plenty of linens and towels on hand too. Which was nice as we didn't have to do laundry every day.  The pool was very comfortable. We really enjoyed the time we spent swimming. We especially enjoyed going for a late evening swim. That was very refreshing. The kids enjoyed the air hockey table too. Just another something to keep the kids occupied. I would definitely consider staying at your home again in the future. We enjoyed the villa very much - it was more than what we expected - very clean and very homey - we would recommend it to anyone - if we decide to come back to Florida we would definitely see if this was available. Was to busy to use the pool - the grandchildren were to busy too, but maybe next time. Friends of ours (they live in Davenport) thought it was very nice also. "Great Home" Thank you for allowing us to rent your house. It was all that the description claimed it to be. The pictures of the twin rooms did not do it justice they were larger then the pictures made them look. The closets are very big and having hangers available to us was great. There were plenty of towels and linens. The Dressers were very large and had enough space to hold everything we needed them to hold. The house looks just like the pictures. The area was very quiet and peaceful. We really enjoyed your lanai even though it was hot and humid the ceiling fan outside made it very comfortable. We enjoyed having our coffee outside in the morning and we would sit outside and eat lunch when we came back midday to escape the heat at the parks. The house was so close that we were able to go to the parks in the morning and come home for lunch and then return to the parks in the evening. The pool was a little cool for the first part of June but the kids didn't seem to mind that.  While we were there we went to the parks and drove around looking at things since it was so easy to get back to the house. Since we ate at the house so much, we really didn't go out to restaurants. We did go to The Olive Garden on our last night there, the service and food was very good. Even though we were there for a week it did not seem to be enough time. When we do this again we would like to stay at least two weeks. Thanks again for the use of your house. I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a great place to stay.
